Phylofisher

Introduction

PhyloFisher is a software package written in Python3 that can be used for the creation, analysis, and visualization of phylogenomic datasets that consist of eukaryotic protein sequences.

Module

You can load the modules by:

module load biocontainers
module load phylofisher

Example job

Warning

Using #!/bin/sh -l as shebang in the slurm job script will cause the failure of some biocontainer modules. Please use #!/bin/bash instead.
