Vardict-java

Introduction

VarDictJava is a variant discovery program written in Java and Perl. It is a Java port of VarDict variant caller.

Warning

Using #!/bin/sh -l as shebang in the slurm job script will cause the failure of some biocontainer modules. Please use #!/bin/bash instead.
