R-scrnaseq

Introduction

R is a system for statistical computation and graphics. This is a r/4.2.3 singularity image with main R packages used in single cell RNAseq analysis installed. RStudio is an integrated development environment (IDE) for the R statistical computation and graphics system. You can load the modules by:

module load biocontainers

Warning

Using #!/bin/sh -l as shebang in the slurm job script will cause the failure of some biocontainer modules. Please use #!/bin/bash instead.
