Fusioncatcher
Introduction
FusionCatcher searches for somatic novel/known fusion genes, translocations, and/or chimeras in RNA-seq data (paired-end/single-end reads FASTQ files produced by Illumina next-generation sequencing platforms) from diseased samples.

Warning
Using #!/bin/sh -l as shebang in the slurm job script will cause the failure of some biocontainer modules. Please use #!/bin/bash instead.
